Any ideas on a good Windows Hosting company?

Ok... so I'm generally annoyed at my hosting company where the two main Windows based hosting companies for the site both stink and the third one is quite good but they only do Linux. I need to find a hosting company that offers the ability to have a windows 2003 hosting plan with multiple domains allowed in one account pointing to different subdirectories, generous sub domains, at least a few dozen email accounts, at least 100 megs of MS SQL databases, at least 2 gigs of storage and allowance for at least 3-5 gigs of bandwidth per month if not 10 (figuring growth)

Any ideas?
